Our aim is to forge long-lasting relationships with investors, partners and portfolio companies and Bob’s broad experience, network and relationships will provide a valuable contribution in this context.”

Bob McGuire, Senior Advisor at Exergy, said: “I am delighted to be joining Erich and his team at Exergy as a Senior Advisor. Their experience and investment strategy are highly differentiated, and I am excited to be playing a part.”

Exergy was founded in 2017 as a joint venture between former Goldman Sachs energy investor Dr Becker and global investment management firm Winton Group. The firm targets infrastructure assets and companies facilitating a shift away from fossil fuel dependency that is known as the Global Energy Transition.

Exergy has an acute regard for environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations, and is prime-rated for Corporate Responsibility by ISS-oekom AG.
